For the shipping and the offered payment methods in the Alfa Network Store Europe the following conditions apply.

SHIPPING

Standart Shipping

The delivery time is 3-15 working days (normally 5-7 working days).
You should collect the ordered goods yourself from the Post office.
Fixed shipping rate from EUR 5,95  - 10,28  with Registered Postal Shipment will apply.

Express Shipping

The delivery time is 1-2 days working days.
A courier will bring your order to your specified shipping address.
Fixed shipping rate EUR 19,95 with UPS, TNT or FedEx will apply.

Due to the European VAT threshold regulation, differences regarding tax rates may occur.
All stated shipping costs are include VAT.

For customers with a valid VAT ID, VAT will not be charged.

Delivery, VAT (relevant rate) and packaging costs are included and have to be paid on your behalf. If the VAT rate is changed, we will accordingly change the VAT rate that you have to pay. The order will not be shipped out until full payment for the order is received.
We will send the Products within 1-2 working days following receipt of the payment.
